I understand that the ocean is not owned, operated, supervised, managed, or controlled by Culture Surf & Yoga TX and each of its respective affiliates, owners, employees, managers, volunteers, sponsors, hotel partners, and the state of Texas. I understand and acknowledge that Surfing, Yoga, and related ocean activities carry an inherent risk of bodily injury, including, in extreme cases, loss of life from ocean activity, personal health issues, currents, surfing equipment, activities of third parties, circumstances produced by the weather and sea life. I understand and acknowledge that the above list is not complete or exhaustive and that there are other risks, known and unknown. I agree to assume all risk, indemnify, defend, hold harmless and release from all liability Culture Surf & Yoga TX and each of its respective affiliates, owners, employees, managers, volunteers, sponsors, hotel partners, and the state of Texas, from all LIABILITY to my child or myself, my family, heirs, assigns, personal representatives or next of kin for ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE RESULTING FROM PHYSICAL OR MENTAL INJURY, DEATH OR PROPERTY DAMAGE arising from myself/my minor/ my minors participation in surfing, yoga, or other ocean related activities. I /my minor/ my minors voluntarily release and forever discharge covenant not to sue released parties and all other persons or entities affiliated therewith, from all liability, claims, demands, actions, or rights of action arising from actions that involved participating in activities related to Culture Surf and Yoga. I FURTHER AGREE THAT: I / my child am/is in good health and am/is an able swimmer. Photos and any media taken may be used for promotional purposes and I release all rights related to these related to myself/ my minor/ my minors.
I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND this “Acknowledgment of Risks and Release, Waiver of Liability and Indemnity Agreement” and have signed this Acknowledgment of risks and Release, Waiver of Liability, and Indemnity voluntarily, and agree that no oral representation, agreements, or inducements, apart from the foregoing written agreement have been made.
BOGO POLICY RULES AND POLICY APPLY - Bogo offers are non-refundable and non-transferable. - Limit one per customer - Must be used by June 15th - Classes and date times will vary based on conditions of surf and by purchasing your BOGO offer you agree to the terms and conditions.
